Boneless Skinless Chicken breasts - 3 (fresh or frozen)
Water or Chicken broth - 1 cup
Garlic powder - 1 tsp
Salt to taste

Add one cup of water or chicken broth to the Instant Pot.

Add a trivet and place the fresh or frozen chicken breasts on it.

Add the seasonings of choice like salt, pepper and garlic powder. Flip the chicken breasts and add the seasonings.

Close the lid and set the pressure valve to Sealing.

Set the Pressure cook mode on high for 8 minutes. If using frozen breasts, set it on high pressure for 12 minutes.

Open the lid after natural pressure release.

Cooked chicken breasts are ready to serve.

You can shred it using two forks or stand mixer or slice it and use it in recipes that calls for cooked chicken.
