Instructions
- 1Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- 2Place tortillas on a baking sheet.
- 3Spread a layer of refried beans on each tortilla.
- 4Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- 5Stir in taco seasoning and water; simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- 6Spoon the seasoned beef over the refried beans on each tortilla.
- 7Sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella cheese on top of the beef.
- 8Bake in the preheated oven until the cheese is melted and bubbly, about 10-12 minutes.
- 9Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.
- 10Top with sliced jalapeños, diced tomatoes, black olives, and chopped green onions.
- 11Drizzle with sour cream and garnish with cilantro and avocado.

- ●2 cloves garlic, minced
- ●2 tbsp chili powder
- ●1 tsp cumin
- ●1/2 tsp salt
- ●1/4 tsp black pepper
- ●1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- ●1 package refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
- ●1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ●1/4 cup chopped green onions (for garnish)
Instructions
- 1Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- 2In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
- 3Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet, cooking until the onion is translucent.
- 4Stir in the chili powder, cumin, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper, cooking for another minute.
- 5Add the kidney beans, black beans, diced tomatoes, and tomato sauce to the skillet. Stir well and let simmer for 10 minutes.
- 6While the chili simmers, prepare the biscuit bowls. Grease a muffin tin and press each biscuit into the bottom and up the sides to form a bowl.
- 7Once the chili is ready, spoon it into each biscuit bowl, filling them generously.
- 8Top each filled biscuit bowl with shredded cheddar cheese.
- 9Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- 10Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before garnishing with chopped green onions. Serve warm.
