Scoop the dough onto a baking pan lined with parchment paper using a 2-tablespoon scooper, leaving 2 inches between each scoop.

Roll each scoop into a ball and flatten to about 3/4 inch thickness with your palm.

Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are light brown and the center is still soft.
