1 tablespoon salt
3 tablespoons vinegar

Soak 500 g of beans in water for 3/4 hours.

In a pot on medium heat, add 4 L of water and the soaked beans.

Add 600 g of smoked pork ribs to the pot and cook on medium heat.

Chop all the vegetables small, setting aside 1 onion.

Add the chopped vegetables (2 carrots, 1 parsnip, 1 half pepper, and 1 onion) to the pot with beans and meat.

Add 2/3 bay leaves, 1 half teaspoon dried thyme, 1 half teaspoon pepper, and 1 tablespoon salt to the pot and mix.

Let everything boil on medium heat for 1 hour to 1 hour and 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

After 1 hour, check if the beans are well cooked.

In a separate pan on medium heat, pour 5 tablespoons of oil and add the reserved onion, frying for 3/4 minutes.

Add 1 teaspoon sweet paprika to the fried onion and mix.

Pour 500 ml of tomato juice into the pan and let it boil for 2-3 minutes.

Pour the tomato mixture over the soup and let everything boil for another 5-6 minutes.

Turn off the heat and add 3 tablespoons of vinegar and a handful of chopped green parsley to the soup, mixing well.
