Spoon a small amount of the blueberry mixture onto the center of each pastry rectangle.
Fold the pastry over to create a pocket and seal the edges with a fork.
Place the strudels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Beat the egg with milk and brush the mixture over the tops of the strudels.
Sprinkle cinnamon on top if desired.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown.
Remove from oven and let cool slightly.
Mix powdered sugar with a little water to create a glaze.
Drizzle the glaze over the warm strudels before serving.
