Spicy Mexican Mini Tacos

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan.
Add 0.5 tablespoon of garlic paste and fry for a moment.
Add 100 grams of boneless chicken cut into small pieces.
Cook the chicken on medium heat until its color changes.
Once the chicken's color changes, add 0.5 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of coriander powder, 0.5 teaspoon of cumin powder, 0.5 teaspoon of garam masala powder, 0.25 teaspoon of black pepper powder, 1 teaspoon of red chili powder, and 1 teaspoon of chili flakes.
Add 2 tablespoons of white vinegar and cook on medium to low flame until the chicken is well cooked and the spices are fragrant.
After mixing well, add 0.5 cup of finely chopped onion, 0.5 cup of finely chopped bell pepper, and 0.5 cup of finely chopped cauliflower.
Add 3 tablespoons of tomato ketchup and 1 tablespoon of chili sauce to the mixture.
Cook the mixture with the vegetables for 2-3 minutes and then turn off the flame.
Let the mixture cool completely.
Take corn tortillas and cut them into small circles using a cutter or a jar lid.
Cover the cut tortillas and set aside.
Once the chicken mixture is cool, add 1-2 tablespoons of cream cheese and 1-2 tablespoons of chili garlic sauce to it.
Mix everything well to combine.
Take a piece of the cut tortilla and place the chicken stuffing on it, ensuring not to overfill or underfill.
To shape the tacos, take an inverted baking tray and place the stuffed tortillas in the center of the spaces.
Arrange the tacos in a flower shape on the tray.
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the top of the tacos.
Add finely chopped bell pepper and chopped tomatoes on top of the cheese.
Sprinkle oregano lightly over everything.
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese melts.
