6 small tomatillos
1 roma tomato
2 chile serranos or jalapeños
1 garlic clove
a handful of cilantro
2.5 teaspoons garlic salt
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 cup water
