Today, taquitos have gained popularity worldwide, with many variations incorporating different fillings and toppings, making them a versatile dish enjoyed by many.

Take 1 pound of lean ground beef and season with 1.5 teaspoons beef bouillon powder, 1.5 teaspoons dried minced onion, 1 teaspoon granulated garlic, and black pepper to taste (0.25 to 0.5 teaspoons).
Mix the ground beef and set aside until ready to use.
Warm 20 to 24 corn tortillas in the microwave after brushing oil on one side, stacking them, covering with cling film, and microwaving for 1 to 1.5 minutes until soft and pliable.
Prepare a cornstarch paste by mixing equal parts cornstarch and water.
Take a tablespoon to a tablespoon and a half of the ground beef mixture, place it on the end of a tortilla, roll it up, and seal the end with the cornstarch paste, leaving it seam side down to hold its shape.
Repeat the rolling process until all flautas are prepared, ensuring they are seam side down.
Preheat oil in a fry pan to about 350 degrees Fahrenheit, with oil depth of 1/3 to 1/2 inch.
Fry the flautas seam side down until golden brown and cooked through, about 5 to 7 minutes, ensuring the inside is fully cooked.
Prepare a green guacamole salsa by sautéing 1 jalapeno, 2 cloves of garlic, and 1/4 small onion in fry oil on a preheated griddle until charred.
In a blender, combine the sautéed ingredients with 1 small avocado, a pinch of salt, 0.5 teaspoons chicken bouillon powder, 1/4 cup water, a squeeze of lime juice, and 0.5 tablespoon fry oil, and blend until creamy.
Plate the flautas and top with your choice of fresh shredded lettuce, tomato, onion, and the green guacamole salsa.
