Add 1 cup of mayonnaise to a bowl.
Add 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley to the mayonnaise.
Add 2 teaspoons of fresh minced tarragon to the bowl.
Add 1 tablespoon of capers to the mixture.
Add 1 tablespoon of chopped anchovies to the bowl.
Add 1 hard cooked egg that has been run through a sieve.
Add 1 teaspoon of dry mustard to the mixture.
Add 1 clove of minced garlic to the bowl.
Mix all the ingredients together until well combined.
Serve the sauce with meat fondue.
