Heat oil in a pan and lightly brown the garlic.

Once the garlic is golden, add pieces of pork tenderloin.

When the garlic is fully browned, pour in white wine to prevent burning.

Add salt and a little pepper to taste.

Cook the pork tenderloin until sealed on both sides.

Pour in a generous glass of white wine (150 ml) and let it cook for 5 minutes.

To thicken the sauce, add filtered water and cornstarch (maicena) mixed in cold water.

Cook the sauce until it thickens, stirring continuously.

Place a piece of browned garlic on top of each piece of pork as a garnish.
