Ground Beef Pasta

1 can chopped tomato
1 tablespoon tomato paste

Add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil into a hot pot.

Add chopped onion and garlic powder to the pot and stir.

Cook until the minced beef changes color, about 3 minutes.

Add all spices to the minced beef and stir.

Add 1 tablespoon of tomato paste and cook for 3 minutes.

Add chicken stock and 1 can of chopped tomato to the pot.

Allow the mixture to cook for about 5 minutes.

Add enough hot water to cook the pasta.

Check the taste of the sauce and adjust with more sauce or spices if needed.

Add the penne rigate pasta to the pot and stir.

Cover the pot and cook on medium heat.

After a few minutes, stir the pasta and drizzle in mozzarella cheese.

Stir to mix the cheese with the pasta and cover to cook for 2 more minutes until the cheese melts.

Optionally, transfer to an oven to bake for 10 minutes if desired.

Serve with additional mozzarella cheese on top.
