Sweet potatoes add nutrients and flavor, while frozen fries save prep time.

Peel and wash sweet potatoes.
Cut sweet potatoes into cube sizes or desired shapes.
Heat vegetable oil in a pot and add a dash of onions to infuse flavor.
Add sweet potatoes to the oil and a little bit of water to help cook them inside.
Fry the sweet potatoes until crispy on the outside and cooked on the inside.
Set aside the fried sweet potatoes.
Season panla fish with salt and shape it into a circular form.
Fry the seasoned fish in the same oil until golden brown on each side.
Reduce the oil and add a lot of onions to fry for a few seconds.
Pour in boiled tomato mix and stir, frying for about 5 to 10 minutes.
Season the tomato sauce lightly with salt and chicken seasoning cubes, then stir and allow to fry more.
