4

5

Zest an entire large orange and a large lemon into a bowl.

6

Add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice and 2 tablespoons of orange juice to the bowl.

7

Add 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar, 1 teaspoon of dijon mustard, 1 tablespoon of honey, and 2 tablespoons of olive oil to the bowl.

8

Season the slaw with salt and pepper to taste and mix well before covering with cling wrap and refrigerating for a few hours.

9

Prepare a glaze for the pulled chicken by combining 1/4 cup of fresh orange juice, 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice, and 1 tablespoon of honey in a saucepan and melting it together.

10

Preheat the smoker to 275°F.

Shape the chicken thighs into little footballs for even cooking and place them in the smoker.

After about 1 hour and 45 minutes, remove the chicken from the smoker using tongs or gloves.
