Chop 3 tomatoes, 1 onion, 1 locote (bell pepper), and 2 cloves of garlic.

Season with salt to taste, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Optional: add 2 bay leaves and meat seasoning.

Boil a pot with a splash of oil and fry the cubed beef until well-sealed.

Add the chopped vegetables to the pot and let them cook together.

Cook until everything is well combined and the vegetables are tender.
