Cut 400 grams of radish into cubes about half an inch on each side.

In a container, combine 1 cup of water, 1 cup of white vinegar, 1/2 cup of Sprite, and 1 tablespoon of sugar. Pour this over the radish and refrigerate for at least half a day.

Prepare a brine with 1/2 tablespoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon of chicken bouillon powder, 1 tablespoon of garlic powder, 1 tablespoon of onion powder, 1/2 tablespoon of cayenne pepper, black pepper, and 3 cups of water. Mix well and add chicken drumsticks to brine, refrigerate for at least 3 hours to overnight.

For a quick method, season chicken with 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of onion powder, 1 teaspoon of chicken bouillon powder, black pepper, and 1/2 teaspoon of MSG. Massage into chicken for 30 minutes.

Combine 2 cups of cake flour, 1 cup of potato starch, and a pinch of salt in a bowl. In another bowl, mix 1 cup of chicken powder with 1 cup of cold water and whisk until smooth.

Coat the chicken in the batter, then place in a container with 2 cups of chicken powder mix, sprinkle more powder over the chicken, and shake to coat.

Heat vegetable oil in a pot to 170 degrees Celsius (340 degrees Fahrenheit). Fry chicken for 5 minutes, then remove and let rest.

Increase heat to medium-high and heat oil to 180 degrees Celsius (355 degrees Fahrenheit). Fry chicken again for 4-5 minutes until golden brown.

Remove chicken and let it rest on a cooling rack to drain excess oil.

Prepare the spicy sauce by mixing 1.5 tablespoons of curry and chili paste, 5 tablespoons of ketchup, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of Korean chili pepper flakes, 3 tablespoons of sugar, 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, 8 tablespoons of corn syrup, and 3 tablespoons of water. Bring to a boil over medium heat for 3-4 minutes.

Coat fried chicken in the spicy sauce or serve it on the side.

Prepare honey soy sauce by mixing 4 tablespoons of soy sauce, 6 tablespoons of honey, 1 teaspoon of oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon of chicken bouillon powder, 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, 1/2 cup of water, and 1 dried chili. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
