1/2 cup green olives
1/2 cup calamata olives
1/4 cup giardiniera mix
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/4 cup olive oil
12 Hawaiian rolls
1/4 lb hard salami
1/4 lb Genoa salami
1/2 lb ham
1/2 lb mozzarella cheese
1/2 lb provolone cheese

In a food processor, add green olives, calamata olives, giardiniera mix, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, and olive oil.

Pulse until finely chopped and then set aside.
