Prepare a container with water and add salt to it.

Incorporate sweet relish, yellow mustard, Dijon mustard, and mayonnaise into the mixture and mix well.
Add diced green bell pepper, green olives, red onion, grated carrot, red hot pepper, and celery to the salad and mix thoroughly.
Drizzle honey over the salad to add sweetness, as a substitute for sugar.
Transfer the salad to a serving dish and garnish with celery, red hot pepper, and olives.
Drizzle more honey on top for extra sweetness.
Cover the dish with cling wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.
