1 carrot

300ml of vegetable bouillon
3 spring onions
3 tbsp of vegetable oil
20ml of soy sauce
180g of mushrooms

Boil the eggs.

Cut the carrots into stripes.

Saute the vegetables including oxheart cabbage, ginger, garlic, and mushrooms in vegetable oil.

Cook the noodles with the sautéed vegetables and add vegetable bouillon, soy sauce, and sweet Asian sauce.
