70g Indomie Supa Mojo
200g portobello mushrooms
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp garlic paste
1 turnip
1 tbsp tahini paste
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 egg
1/4 cup dark soy sauce (egg marinade)

Prepare the Indomie Supa Mojo according to package instructions.

Slice the portobello mushrooms and turnip.

In a pan, sauté the ginger paste and garlic paste until fragrant.

Add the sliced mushrooms and turnip to the pan and cook until tender.

In a separate bowl, mix the tahini paste and dark soy sauce.

Boil the water and add the Indomie noodles, cooking until soft.

Prepare the egg marinade with the dark soy sauce and marinate the boiled egg.

Assemble the ramen by placing the noodles in a bowl, topping with sautéed vegetables, and sliced marinated egg.
