1/4 cup unsweetened dark chocolate cocoa powder

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

Prepare the brownie pan with parchment paper and spray oil.

Melt 10 tablespoons of unsalted butter and 2 ounces of unsweetened baker's chocolate in the microwave for 1 to 1.5 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds.
