Low Carb Brownies

1 cup almond flour
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup erythritol (or preferred sweetener)
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup melted coconut oil

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, cocoa powder, erythritol, salt, and baking powder.

In another bowl, whisk together the applesauce, eggs, vanilla extract, and melted coconut oil until well combined.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.

Grease an 8x8 inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.

Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
