Start with a large bowl and add 4 tablespoons of semi chocolate chips.
Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave for 15 to 20 seconds at a time, stirring until smooth.
In the same bowl, add 2 large eggs, 1/4 cup sweetener, 1 teaspoon melted butter, 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce, and 2 teaspoons vanilla extract. Mix those together.
In another bowl, mix together 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder, 1/2 cup almond flour, 2 tablespoons coconut flour, 1 scoop baking protein powder, 1/2 teaspoon baking powder, and 1/4 teaspoon salt.
Add the dry mixture into the large bowl and lightly mix them together.
Coat a baking dish or pan with non-stick cooking spray and pour 3/4 of your mix into it, smoothing it out.
In a small bowl, mix together 8 oz of fat free cream cheese, 2 tablespoons of sweetener, half a scoop of baking protein powder, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
Spread the cream cheese mixture over the brownie mix in the baking dish.
Add the remaining 1/4 of the brownie mix on top of the cream cheese layer.
Use a knife to swirl the layers together if desired.
Bake the brownies at 325°F for 35 to 40 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted into the middle.
