Preheat a pan and add olive oil.

Add Italian sausages to the pan and fry over medium-high heat for about 2 and 1/2 minutes on each side until they reach room temperature.

Pour in 2 cups of chicken stock, bring to a boil, then reduce heat to medium and allow to simmer for about 20 minutes.
