Mince 6 cloves of garlic.
Cut cabbage into bite-sized pieces, breaking it up to help it cook quickly and evenly.
Cut broccoli into bite-sized pieces.
Roughly chop kale.
Add vegetable oil to a hot pan over medium-high heat.
Add minced garlic to the oil, spreading it out and letting it sizzle briefly.
Add salt and a little bit of sugar to the pan.
Immediately add the vegetables to the pan.
Stir fry the vegetables for about 1 minute until they look vibrant.
Add a touch of rice wine to elevate the flavor of the vegetables; stir fry for about 20 seconds to let the rice wine evaporate.
Add water to the pan and cover it with a lid for 30 seconds.
After 30 seconds, open the lid and toss the vegetables a few more times.
