While the cake is baking, prepare the frosting by mixing softened butter, powdered sugar, 1 teaspoon of vanilla, and 1/2 cup of Irish cream with softened cream cheese.
Apply a thin layer of frosting to the cooled cake and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Warm 1/2 cup of cream in a saucepan over medium heat until bubbling, then pour it over white chocolate chips and let sit for 1-2 minutes before whisking until smooth.
Frost the remaining cake with the green chocolate glaze and decorate with gold and white sprinkles and additional white chocolate pieces.
