Preheat the oven to 250 to 300 degrees Fahrenheit.

Lay the stale bread out on a baking sheet.

Heat the bread in the oven until the moisture comes out and it becomes bone crisp.

If using a dehydrator, place the bread in there instead.

Once the bread is crisp, place it in a Vitamix or food processor to crumble.

If you don't have a food processor, put the bread in a big Ziploc bag and hit it with a rolling pin to create breadcrumbs.

Season the breadcrumbs with a little bit of parsley and Italian herbs.
