2 tbsp of goji berries
1 tbsp of oyster sauce
1 tbsp of Chinese cooking rice wine
1 tsp of salt
1 tsp of sesame oil
1 tsp of pepper
2 tbsp of cooking oil
1 cup of water

Wash and separate the stems and leaves of the spinach.

Chop 4 cloves of garlic.

Mix 2 tbsp of goji berries, 1 tbsp of oyster sauce, 1 tbsp of Chinese cooking rice wine, 1 tsp of salt, 1 tsp of sesame oil, and 1 tsp of pepper with 1 cup of water to create the sauce.

Heat 2 tbsp of cooking oil in a pan.

Fry the chopped garlic in the oil until it turns light brown, then remove it from the pan, leaving some garlic in the pan.

Add the spinach stems to the pan and pour in half of the sauce.

Cook the stems for about half a minute, then add the spinach leaves.

Pour in the remaining sauce and cover the pan with a lid for about 1 minute to allow the spinach to cook.

Taste the spinach to check for seasoning and doneness, then switch off the heat.
