Introduce the Chartreuse Swizzle as a modern classic from 2002 in San Francisco.

Start with 1.5 ounces of unsweetened pineapple juice.

Add 0.75 ounces of fresh lime juice.

Incorporate 0.5 ounces of falernum.

Pour in 1.5 ounces of green chartreuse.

Prepare crushed ice using a Lewis bag and a mallet.

Fill the Lewis bag with ice and crush it with the mallet.

Take a cold glass and pour the mixed drink into it.

Add the crushed ice to the glass until it's full.

Use a swizzle stick to mix the drink by spinning it between your hands.

Garnish the drink with a couple of cherries and a piece of dried pineapple.
