Blend the cooked tomatoes, onions, garlic, chiles, and tortillas with some of the cooking broth.
Add the blended mixture back to the pot with the pig head meat, ears, and nose.
Dissolve achote in a bit of broth and add it to the pot along with optional comino.
Let the mixture simmer until everything is well combined and flavors meld.
Serve the revolcado with white rice and warm tortillas.
