How to Make a Manhattan Cocktail :: Tullamore Dew Irish Manhattan
Recipe Information
Manhattan Cocktail
Start with 2 dashes of Angostura bitters.
Add 2 dashes of orange bitters.
Pour in 1/4 ounce of cherry liqueur.
Add 1/2 ounce of sweet vermouth.
Measure and add 2 ounces of Tullamore Dew 12 Year Special Reserve.
Pre-chill your glass by filling it with ice and a little water, letting it sit until frosty.
Fill your mixing glass to the top with ice.
Stir the mixture in the mixing glass until cold enough and properly diluted.
Discard the ice from the pre-chilled glass.
Pour the cocktail into the glass using a Hawthorne strainer.
Garnish with maraschino cherries.
