Crush 5 grains of green salsa using a tool.
Add a little water to the crushed green salsa.
Grate ginger and mix it with water, then strain to remove chaff.
Add the strained ginger water to the pot with boiling water.
Add salt to the boiling water.
Gradually add the maize flour mixture to the boiling water while stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
Continue stirring to prevent the mixture from cooking improperly.
Add water to achieve the desired consistency, stirring constantly.
Use a spatula to clean the sides of the pot while cooking.
After about 5 minutes, add sugar to the porridge while stirring.
Serve the porridge with milk, either liquid or powdered, and enjoy.
