1 tsp Chilly powder
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
1/4 tsp Ginger garlic powder

1 egg
1 cup flour
oil to deep fry
1 chopped green chilly
1 tbsp Soya Sauce
4 tbsp Hot and sweet sauce
1 tbsp Shredded cabbage to garnish

Marinate for 5 minutes chicken with pepper powder, chilly powder, turmeric powder, salt, and ginger garlic powder.

Beat an egg in a bowl and spread flour on a plate.

Dip the marinated chicken pieces one by one in egg and then roll in flour, and again in egg and flour, and keep aside. Follow the same for all the pieces.

Heat oil to medium hot and add the coated pieces; fry till golden yellow, which should take only 2 minutes. Remove and keep aside.

Remove the oil and reserve 2 tbsp oil in the vessel. Add chopped chillies and fry on medium flame.

Add the soya sauce, hot and sweet sauce, and mix well.

Add the fried chicken pieces, mix well, and stir for 30 seconds.

Garnish with shredded cabbage and serve hot.
