Soak the Asian greens in cold water to remove dirt.
Remove the greens from the water and lay them on the bench as a bunch.
Cut the thicker stems lengthwise for even cooking.
Prepare a pot of water on the stove and bring it to a rolling boil, adding salt.
Add the thick stalks of the greens to the boiling water first.
Once the thick stalks start to get tender, add the thin stalks.
Finally, add the leaves of the greens to the pot.
After adding the leaves, drizzle oil over the entire mixture.
Use tongs to toss the greens, washing off the oil and salt.
Remove the greens from the pot once cooked to your liking.
For extra flavor, prepare a sauce with oyster sauce, stock, and corn flour, and drizzle it over the greens.
