Add ground turkey to the heated pan and cook until browned.
Prepare the baking pan by lining it with the bottom halves of the hamburger rolls.
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Once the turkey is browned, drain excess juice if necessary, but keep some for flavor.
Add the chopped vegetables to the turkey and lower the heat.
Season the mixture with Memphis style barbecue seasoning, garlic powder, and paprika, adjusting to taste.
Cook the vegetables with the turkey for a few minutes until they are slightly tender but still have some crunch.
Add the Manwich sloppy joe sauce to the mixture and stir in about 1/4 cup of water to adjust the consistency, ensuring it is not too soupy.
Cover the mixture and let it simmer for about 5-10 minutes.
After 8 minutes, check the mixture and ensure it has thickened appropriately.
Spoon the sloppy joe mixture onto the bottom halves of the hamburger rolls in the baking pan.
Top each sloppy joe with slices of provolone cheese, overlapping them as needed.
Cover with the top halves of the hamburger rolls.
Bake in the preheated oven until the cheese is melted and the buns are toasted.
