Banoffee Muffins

1/2 cup toffee
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup milk
2 large eggs
2 ripe bananas, mashed
1 tsp banana flavoring
1/2 tsp baking soda

Preheat your oven to 190 degrees Celsius.

Break your toffee into pieces and coat them in flour, then set aside.

In a bowl, combine sugar, oil, milk, and eggs, and stir together.

Add in your mashed bananas and mix well.

Optionally, add a few drops of banana flavoring and mix it all together.

Add in your flour and bicarbonate of soda mixture, stirring until almost combined.

Add in your coated toffee and mix everything together.
