2 medium tomatoes

1 medium carrot
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon coriander
1 teaspoon cumin
4 cups water
2 cups cabbage
2 cups spinach
1/4 cup fresh herbs

Soak nyemba beans in water overnight to soften.

Drain and rinse the soaked beans.
