2 tablespoon Sugar
6 glasses Water (each Cup is 200ml)
1 liter Milk (or 5 glasses)
5 tablespoon Sweetened condensed milk (for chai)
2 tablespoon Milk powder (optional)
1/2 teaspoon Cardamom
Soft buns / brioche buns (for serving)
2 tablespoon Butter (soft/room temp)
3 tablespoon Sweetened condensed milk (for maska spread)

Boil the water in a pot.

Add the black tea and sugar to the boiling water and let it steep.

Pour in the milk and sweetened condensed milk, stirring to combine.
