Add grated sweet onion, ground cumin, ground coriander, garam masala, chili powder, minced garlic, and salt to the meat.

Grill the kebabs until cooked through, about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally.
Serve with a minty cucumber raita made from fresh mint, diced cucumber, and plain yogurt.
