Chop garlic and add it to the pan with the shallots.
Add beef to the pan and cook.
Use cassiota cheese (or mozzarella) and slice about 250 grams for filling.
Prep tomatoes for the filling.
Shape the dough into circles, add cheese, and layer with tomato and beef filling.
Preheat the oven before baking the filled dough.
Bake until done and serve.
