Prepare all ingredients before starting to roll out the dough.
Coat the dough in flour to prevent sticking.
Divide the dough into two equal pieces and shape them into football shapes.
Push up the sides of the dough to create a boat shape.
Brush the edges with butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Fill the center of each boat with a combination of washed rind cheese, feta, and parmesan cheese.
Transfer the shaped boats to a board for easy transport.
Bake the boats in a preheated oven at 450°F for about 15 minutes to par-cook the dough.
After 15 minutes, remove from the oven and make a well in the center of each boat.
Crack an egg yolk into the well of each boat, adding some egg white if desired.
Top with pieces of dry-aged ham, olives, and sliced cherry tomatoes.
Season with salt and pepper before returning to the oven for an additional 8-9 minutes to cook the egg.
