2

Wash 2 cups of bulgur wheat thoroughly in water until the water runs clear, about three times.

3

Transfer the washed bulgur wheat to a pot and add water, salt, and vegetable oil to prevent sticking. Cook for 10 minutes.

4

After 10 minutes, fluff the bulgur wheat with a fork and set aside.

5

Heat vegetable oil in a pan and add the seasoned shrimp. Stir-fry for about 5 minutes on medium heat until thoroughly cooked, then remove from the pan.

6

Add more vegetable oil to the pan and fry chopped onions for about 2 minutes on medium heat.

7

Add mixed veggies (yellow, red, and green bell peppers, and carrots) to the pan and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.

8

Add hot chili crushes, garlic granules, ginger powder, and seasoning powder to the veggies and stir for about 2 minutes.

9

Return the cooked shrimp to the pan along with soy sauce and mix well to incorporate all ingredients.

10

Add the already cooked and fluffed bulgur wheat to the pan, mix thoroughly, and finally add spring onions. Allow to cook on low heat for 1 more minute.
