Muesli Bars

2 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup almond butter
1/2 cup dried fruits (raisins, cranberries, etc.)
1/4 cup nuts (almonds, walnuts, etc.)
1/4 cup seeds (pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, etc.)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp salt

Preheat oven to 160C and line a 9" x 5" baking tin with baking paper.

Place muesli and sweetened condensed milk into a large bowl and mix until the muesli is well coated.

Pour muesli mix onto the baking tray and spread evenly.

Place into oven and bake for 40 minutes, until golden brown on top.

Allow to cool for 10 - 15 minutes, then cut into 16 bars. After cutting allow to cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
