Warm up 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a frying pan.
Add ground turkey and spread it evenly in the pan.
Cook the turkey by frequently stirring until it crumbles and turns white, with no pink remaining.
Continue cooking on low to medium flame until the water released by the turkey dries up, then set aside.
In a separate frying pan, heat 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil and add minced garlic.
Stir fry the garlic until it turns slightly brown.
Add chopped onions and stir fry until translucent.
Add red chili powder for color and freshly crushed black peppercorns, mixing well.
Add freshly crushed red chili flakes to taste and sauté on low to medium flame for a few minutes.
Add bell peppers and quickly stir to mix.
Add the cooked ground turkey to the pan and continue to stir and cook for a few minutes.
Sprinkle some salt and mix well.
Add chopped tomatoes and mix, then cover and cook on low flame, stirring in between until done.
