They combine the rich, fudgy texture of brownies with a fun, edible bowl shape, making them perfect for serving with toppings like whipped cream and fruit. Today, brownie bowls are popular at parties and gatherings, often customized with various fillings and toppings to suit different tastes.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Prepare brownie batter according to the instructions on the back of the boxed mix.
Spray two muffin pans liberally with cooking spray.
Using an ice cream scoop, fill each well of one muffin pan about two-thirds full with brownie batter.
Place the filled muffin pan in the preheated oven and bake for about 22 minutes, checking for doneness.
Once baked, take the second muffin pan, spray it with cooking spray, and place it on top of the brownies, pressing down to form the bowls.
Allow the brownie bowls to cool completely in the pan.
Remove one brownie bowl and place it on a plate.
Scoop ice cream into the brownie bowl, adding a couple of scoops.
Drizzle mocha flavored sauce on top of the ice cream.
Sprinkle with sprinkles and add some on the side of the plate for garnish.
