1 small to medium size fresh ripe pineapple
1 cup of dried fruits such as peaches, apricots, papaya, pineapples
⅓ cup (80g) of raw sugar (unrefined whole cane sugar or panela)
½ cup (100g) of dried prunes
½ cup (100g) of freshly sliced pineapple
¼ cup (50g) of corn starch
¼ cup (50g) of chuno flour or potato starch or sweet potato flour
Lime juice, freshly squeezed from 1 lime
Ground cinnamon for garnish
