Put 1 egg in a bowl and beat it up.

Add 1/2 cup pecorino Romano cheese to the bowl.

Add 2 tablespoons of parsley, salt, and black pepper to the bowl.

Mix all ingredients together using your hands to form meatballs about the size of golf balls.
