Dry white wine can mimic the flavor profile at a lower cost.

Mash cardamom and juniper with a rolling pin.

Fill up a jar with all the herbs, 85 ml of 96% spirit, and 25 ml of water.

Mix well and let it infuse for 2 weeks.

After 2 weeks, filter the infusion through 4 layers of gauze and then through a cotton wool filter.

For the martini, combine 0.7 L of semisweet white wine, 45 ml of 96% spirit, sugar liquor, and 4 ml of the infusion.

Taste the mixture and add another 3 ml of infusion if needed.

Close the mixture and let it infuse at room temperature for 7 days.

After 1 week, taste the martini bianco and evaluate the flavor.
