No Knead Focaccia

The no-knead method has gained popularity for its simplicity, allowing home bakers to enjoy fresh focaccia without the labor of traditional kneading.

Add flour, salt, granulated sugar, and instant yeast to a bowl and mix until combined.
Add olive oil and warm water, mixing until a wet and sticky dough forms.
Scrape excess dough from the edges of the bowl and fold the dough into the olive oil to coat it.
Cover the bowl with cling wrap or plastic wrap and set it in a dark place to rise for 5 hours.
After rising, remove the cling wrap and check that the dough has doubled in size and is bubbly.
Drizzle olive oil into a large casserole or baking tray and brush it all over with a pastry brush.
Scoop the dough into the baking tray and lightly spread it out using clean hands.
Cover with plastic wrap and let the dough rest for another 5 hours.
Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius (374 degrees Fahrenheit).
Remove the plastic wrap, drizzle more olive oil, and poke the dough with oiled fingertips to create dimples.
Top the dough with white sesame seeds, black sesame seeds, flaky salt, and fresh rosemary.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes.
After baking, prepare garlic butter by melting butter in the microwave, then mixing in chopped garlic and parsley.
Brush the garlic butter over the hot focaccia and slice to serve.
