No Knead Focaccia

Focaccia, a beloved Italian flatbread, has roots in ancient Roman cuisine, where it was cooked on hot stones. Traditionally served as a side dish or appetizer, its airy texture and olive oil richness make it a favorite. The no-knead method has gained popularity for its simplicity, allowing home bakers to enjoy fresh focaccia without the labor of traditional kneading.
all-purpose flour

Nutritional yeast provides a cheesy flavor without dairy.
In a large bowl, add 650 grams of Odlums cream plain flour.
Add 2 pinches of sea salt.
Add 1 tablespoon of honey.
Add 1 sachet (7 grams) of yeast.
Pour in 600 ml of lukewarm water and mix until combined.
Add 3 tablespoons of olive oil and mix with your hand until well combined.
Cover the bowl with cling film and let it prove for 4 hours.
After 4 hours, the dough should double in size.
Grease a baking tray with olive oil to prevent sticking.
Transfer the dough onto the greased tray and stretch it out.
Press your fingertips all over the dough to create ripple effects.
Let the dough prove for an additional 15-20 minutes.
After the second proving, sprinkle chopped rosemary over the top.
Grate 1 clove of garlic using a microplane and sprinkle it on top.
Sprinkle sea salt from a height over the dough.
Bake in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 15-20 minutes.
After 20 minutes, remove from the oven.
