Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 4 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. 2In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 1/4 cup sugar. Mix until well combined.
  3. 3Press the crumb mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust. Bake for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven and let cool.
  4. 4In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  5. 5Gradually add 1 cup of sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  6. 6Add the eggs one at a time, mixing on low speed after each addition until just combined. Do not overmix.
  7. 7Add the sour cream and flour, mixing until smooth and fully incorporated.
  8. 8Pour the cream cheese mixture over the cooled crust in the springform pan.
  9. 9Bake in the preheated oven for 55-60 minutes, or until the center is set but still slightly jiggly.
  10. 10Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside for 1 hour to cool gradually.
  11. 11Remove from the oven and let it cool to room temperature before refrigerating for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.

  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon anchovy paste (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. 1In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise and grated Parmesan cheese.
  2. 2Add the lemon juice, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce to the bowl.
  3. 3Stir in the minced garlic, black pepper, and salt.
  4. 4If using, add the anchovy paste for extra flavor.
  5. 5Mix all the ingredients until well combined and smooth.
  6. 6Taste the dressing and adjust seasoning if necessary.
  7. 7Stir in the chopped fresh parsley for added freshness.
  8. 8Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  9. 9Serve over your favorite salad or as a dip.
